Ricky told us writers that MTV greenlit a second season… as an april fools joke.
To get him back we are starting a fake twitter account and trying to get as many followers as possible. To help us out please reblog jakes post about it:

Had a great time with this today. We garnered Fake Ricky 1,140 followers while he was on an airplane. I believe our magnum opus was when our Ricky claimed “Social Experiment: If i can get to 500 followers by 3:30 (eastern) I’ll twitpic my dick. No gimmix,” then later twittered a picture of his flaccid penis. (An e-mail from Ricky said: “well done, btw. I had emails from all sorts of people that weren’t expecting to see a photo of my dick today.”) We also posted his phone number. Here’s the Twitter we started, though who knows how long it will remain.
